As the seasons shift and the days begin to soften, you’re invited to slow down, ground, and create space for what’s ready to be released.
This 60-minute Fall Equinox sound bath is a deeply restorative journey designed to support grounding, reflection, and renewal. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments, allow your body and mind to settle into stillness while you gently let go of tension, overwhelm, and what no longer needs to be carried forward.
Come as you are. Get comfortable, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to pause.
